Building a Balanced Body

The common conception is that in order to become physically fit, one must hit the gym and continue to grind out repetitive exercises until muscle failure.  However, becoming truly fit involves a bit more.  It involves being versatile and becoming in tune with your own body.  Becoming truly fit involves creating a well rounded body that is not only strong, but balanced and flexible as well.

Always choose exercises that you can perform safely, but at the same time, don’t limit yourself to the same routine every time you work out.   Be relentless with your process in building a more balanced body!
