Description:
Prone Body Tighteners on blocks are core exercises that activate the entire body. This is an effective exercise that helps develop all-around core strength necessary for most bodyweight-related skills and exercises. Two evenly-sized mat or platform is required for this exercise.
Process:
- lay on two evenly-sized mats, resting only the front of your shoulders on one, and your toes on the other (toes should be pointed)
- head position should be neutral and arms straight
- allow palms to push down against the floor as you engage and maintain a tight hollow position
