Description:
A Long Hang Tuck Hold is a basic core and hip flexor strengthening exercise. For best results, maintain a straight back and lift up the legs by simply bending at the hips and bending the knees. Head should be in a neutral position during the exercise.
Process:
- begin in a hang position
- engage core and ensure body is completely straight
- maintain a straight back and bend body at the hips and bend knees as far as possible to get into a tucked position
